2. WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DO WE HOLD?
Bake and Shake X holds personal information being your first name, your second name and your email address via our contact form. When forming relationships with other companies we may hold more information such as your website address, business name, business address and numerous email addresses from within your organisation. We could also hold financial information for Marketing purposes that we do not share with any third parties.
3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION AND WHERE WE COLLECT IT FROM
Bake and Shake X collects information from our contact form and from Website Cookies. Bake and Shake X uses this information to see how many visitors it’s site receives and looks into location of visitors and time spent on the website. We collect this information for Marketing purposes only and no information is ever shared with third parties and is solely for the purpose of Bake and Shake X. Additionally, Bake and Shake X will also automatically process pseudonymous personal data – this may include your computer’s IP-address, your browser type, and other statistical information. This data is processed on our behalf by third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse this information; Bake and Shake X will not be able to identify individual users from this information. We do not collect or hold any personal card details when ordering online.
4. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
Bake and Shake X collects information for marketing purposes only. We do not share data or personal information with any third parties or other businesses dealing in similar sectors. We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that will be of interest to you. To do so, we may use third party services such as Mailchimp, to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers.

Bake and Shake X stores your information in secure files that Bake and Shake X only have access to. We will keep data for a maximum of two-years after which time information will be destroyed.
